I was thinking I would be able to finish the embroidery on my pillowcase skirt this weekend, but on second thought I think not. I have a lot more left than I thought. I'm going to get as much done as possible because I am determined to finish it this week. I don't even know how many months I've been working avoiding this skirt. I want it done!
I want to sew too. My craft area really needs to be cleaned/organized/unpacked before I can even think of sewing anything. It's depressing that my craft stuff is still packed up, especially since we moved in 18 months ago. I bought patterns yesterday and they are calling to me. Summer is coming up and I want cute new skirts for summer (that's that wanting to be girly thing again.) I'll probably get everything unpacked in time for us to move again. We've moved 4 times in 8 and 1/2 years. I figure we'll move again in the next 6-12 months even though every time we move I say I'm never moving again.
