I admit that I'm obsessed with socks. The uglier, tackier, and cheaper they are, the better. My favorites are Hello Kitty socks, cat socks, especially black cat socks. I have socks for every holiday. My Halloween socks are worn year round. Even better than buying socks is making socks. I love knitting socks, they are my favorite thing to knit. I think I've given a pair of socks to every person I know. I'm on the look out for new people to knit socks for. On my trip to AC Moore yesterday I hit the jack pot. I bought a set of sock needles. I now have DPNs for every kind of sock. I also scored a ton of sock weight yarn in the mill end bin. I'm pretty sure I have enough yarn to make at least 5 more pairs of socks. I spend my days looking at sock patterns. I've only ever made one sock pattern, but I'm looking to branch out. I'm off to knit more socks and read Harry Potter.
