Weekend Cooking

Over the weekend we made pretzels. It was from a kit, so no recipe. They were quite good and fun to make. I served them with chocolate, nacho cheese and mustard. They were a big hit. I'd like to find a soft pretzel recipe and try them from scratch.

I also made shrimp dip. I wanted crab dip, but I have 9 pounds of shrimp in my freezer so shrimp dip it was. You're probably wondering why I have 9 pounds of shrimp in my freezer. The local grocery store had a buy 1 get 2 free sale on their 3 pound bags of shrimp.



I'm going to spend the rest of the night looking up shrimp recipes.
